Roof repair in Colleyville

Valleys carry more water than any other part of a roof, and the big, complex roofs on Colleyville’s large lots have plenty of them. Flashing at walls, chimneys, skylights and dormers is the other usual leak point. We reset or replace it when it lifts or pulls loose.

The shingles are brittle and shedding granules across the whole roof, or you are about to patch a third leak in two years. At that point another repair is money spent on a roof that is done, and your estimate will say so. Get a second opinion on any replacement estimate, ours included.

Do these in order. None of them needs a ladder.
Keep everyone away from a ceiling that is sagging or dripping, and from any light fixture or outlet with water near it.
Put a bucket or towels under the drip and move furniture, rugs and electronics out of the way.
A wet roof is slippery, and a steep one is worse.
Photograph the ceiling, the wet spots and anything that got damaged, with the date showing.
